DESCRIPTION:Washington County is home to a wide variety of feathered friends. Kyle Te Poel is a birder and photographer\, and runs Next Bend Birding Tours.\nSince 2008\, Kyle Te Poel has worked in Minnesota\, Maine\, and California as a naturalist\, educator\, park ranger\, and in-the-field bird/environmental researcher. Te Poel has worked with several organizations including the National Park Service\, Sierra Club\, and National Audubon Society.\n \nHe has served as a tour guide at bird festivals\, and have provided lectures\, classes\, and special programming for numerous organizations.\nTe Poel has a master’s degree in outdoor education. He began developing and leading his own tours in 2008\, launching his own touring business in 2016.
