  • The school was 30 ft. long by 20 ft. wide and 10 ft. high.

  • A new building was built in the 1920s and called Hopkins school.
  • Possibly two different schools at one time in the 1930s.
  • The school closed in the 1950s.
MEMORIES: “When the school was first opened it was supplied with the ordinary double desks used in country school, two good sized wooden black boards, a neat desk for the teacher and a reading chart for the new beginners. The building, as before mentioned is not a large one, but is a good type of a country schoolhouse.” – Unknown
