Capital Campaign. The WCHS operates three historic sites but has no central exhibit space. The new Heritage Center will provide a centralized location that will allow for multiple long-term historical exhibits, smaller local displays of area history, a research center, a classroom, gift shop and staff office space. School groups and County residents and visitors will be able to stop by and tour the exhibits, attend lectures and community events, and research their genealogy in the new space.

Join us! Your contribution will help make this happen! We have raised $1.8 million on an initial phase goal of $3 million. Greiner Construction will begin work on the building during the Winter of 2020-2021 and we anticipate opening in the summer of 2021. Please click on the donate button t to make your contribution to this important effort or click on this downloadable pdf form to donate via mail in check. Please make checks payable to WCHS. Thank you.
