Birds of Washington County with Kyle Te Poel

Washington County is home to a wide variety of feathered friends. Kyle Te Poel is a birder and photographer, and runs Next Bend Birding Tours.
Since 2008, Kyle Te Poel has worked in Minnesota, Maine, and California as a naturalist, educator, park ranger, and in-the-field bird/environmental researcher. Te Poel has worked with several organizations including the National Park Service, Sierra Club, and National Audubon Society.
 
He has served as a tour guide at bird festivals, and have provided lectures, classes, and special programming for numerous organizations.
Te Poel has a master’s degree in outdoor education. He began developing and leading his own tours in 2008, launching his own touring business in 2016. His website is https://kyletepoel.crevado.com/
